We really hope you love your purchase but if, for any reason, you wish to return your item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. After 14 days, all sales are considered to be final.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, with all tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all items included such as dust bags etc.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or to exchange the item. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Costs for returning orders will be paid for by the customer and it’s recommend that the parcel is sent with tracking as the item is the customer’s responsibility until it is received by us.
Once we have received your original purchase for exchange, we will notify you via email that it has been received and that the new item(s) has been shipped. If the item you are exchanging for is not currently in stock, you will be notified via email and estimated delivery timeframe provided. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you have requested a refund, once your return is received and determined eligible, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 working days for this process.
We rarely have sales but if we do, it's important to note that only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
