Refund policy

We really hope you love your purchase but if you are not satisfied you may return your item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. After 14 days, all sales are considered to be final.

 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, with all tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all items included such as dust bags etc.

 

To return your items, please follow these steps:

1. Email hello@behold-thebrand.com stating the order number, the reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or to exchange the item.

2.  We will send you the return shipping address and a returns form to print and include with your return package.

3. Arrange for the return of your items within 10 working days from receiving the returns form. Costs for returning orders will be paid for by the customer and it’s recommend that the parcel is sent with tracking as the item is the customer’s responsibility until it is received by us.

Please allow up to five business days for your refund to be processed once the returned product is received. 

 

Exchanges

Please follow the above steps to return your item(s). Once we have received your original purchase for exchange, we will notify you via email that it has been received and that the new item(s) has been shipped. If the item you are exchanging for is not currently in stock, you will be notified via email and estimated delivery timeframe provided. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Refunds

If you have requested a refund, once your return is received and determined eligible, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 working days for this process.

 

Sale items

We rarely go on sale but in the event that you have purchased a sale item, we only offer  refunds and exchanges on full priced items. Any items purchased on sale are final sale.
